    I have been seen by my doctor or any other doctor on duty at the time l have been given. Everytime l needed to see a doctor, l have been lucky to have an appointment. During all the times l have come to the surgery, doctors have been very helpful in advising me with problem l had at that time. People working at the reception desk have been very welcoming. If l asked any question about my appointment, they have helped me to get the correct information. It has been and is still lovely to attend Hanwell Health Clinic.

    Saw a lovely lady doctor yesterday afternoon. Referred for X-ray and attended at 9am this morning. GP texted me the result 5 hours later. So pleased to have these guys looking after me. Thank you!

    This surgery is really great so efficient The doctors are swift to act and all the staff are very professional even when it’s like a mad house in reception It’s very handy having so many NHS services in one place Shame the building can’t be larger on the top floors

    Called for an appointment at 8:00 am on 4th. Pressed option for called to be returned as I was 15th in the queue. Didn't receive a call back. Repeated the process at 8:20 am. No callback. As it was necessary, I received a prescription called and waited for 55 minutes, only to be told I needed to call again at 8:00 the next day. Called the next day. I asked for an online appointment which I got. I received a message saying my prescription was available to be picked up at 12.05. I cycled to my chosen pharmacy at 4:45. The pharmacist told me the prescription had been sent, but they were unable to give it to me as it needed a doctor's signature. Waited at the pharmacy for an hour, and still no signature or prescription. Two questions - why didn't I get a call back from the 8 am calling queue? Why was I informed my prescription was ready when it wasn't?

    Dear patient Thank you for your feedback and sorry that you had a bad experience. All patients receives a call back when they selected the call back option but it will put you back on the system if you repeat the process. It is best to wait for your turn. When prescription sent to the pharmacy it has already been authorised and signed by the doctor. If you would like to talk this further then please call the surgery and book an appointment with me.     I have had excellent care from the doctor at this practice. He is very caring and kind. In my experience they are very quick at responding to online requests by phone, or making a face to face appointment if required. I am very happy to be with this practice, and would recommend them to anyone.

    Abominable service! West Seven surgery used to be one of the best in London. However, the quality of service went massively downhill. I don't know what happened but it's really poor now. Very rude and untrained receptionists. I was given a face to face appointment for 9:30, only to be called by the GP 10 minutes before the time and as I missed the call, I was only rebooked for one month later, desire suffering from a serious chronic illness and in desperate need to see a GP. I'm 100 per cent sure the appointment was face to face, not over the phone. I've got a text confirming the 9:30 appointment and came to the surgery but wasn't seen. I felt let down and poorly treated. What a shame that such a good surgery is now a shadow of itself.

    Receptionist was very helpful when I rang in the morning, and having asked what the problem was they were able to offer an appointment that morning. Gp was very good and assessed problem and appropriate medication and gave advice. The whole thing was stress free and easy, which is what you need when you feel unwell. Along with seeing the GP/appropriate health care person face to face, I have used eConsult and Telephone Appointments in the past and find the practice equally responsive in dealing with these. I am so thankful to be a patient at this practice.

    This instance is happening for the second time !! Received a letter from surgery that my name is no longer with them as I do not come under the catchment area. It was a shock as this was resolved for me previously and has come up again. What is strange that my partner and other family members are still on the records and somehow just my name is out. The receptionist was very incompetent of giving any valid reasons for this and I am very appalled with the non professional behaviour. I have been with this surgery for past 8 years and suddenly it’s just my name being cut off and no other family member is receiving out of catchment area letter. I even emailed the surgery but unfortunately for a vague response and did not help. I am really appalled with this.

    Called the surgery to book my elder daughter’s appointment and was told her name and mine is no longer with the surgery as we do not come under the catchment area. It was a shock as I had not received any letters or phone calls advising me of that. What is strange that my partner and younger daughter are still on the records and somehowI and my elder one’s name is out. The receptionist was very incompetent of giving any valid reasons for this and I am very appalled with the non professional behaviour. I have been too my to this surgery for past 8 years and suddenly 2 members of the same household are not in the catchment and rest of the members are. Very strange. Won’t even let me speak to a doctor !

    The GP that I see at this practice has been very thorough and considerate in treating what is a long term condition that can be quite difficult to manage. I have appreciated how responsive and also how helpful his advice and recommendations have been.
