I think the title says it all really. Good luck in trying to get anything like a GP appointment here - one month on my recent try. Certainly not a record though, as I had much longer wait before!

I had to attend for a smear today and I can honestly say I've never felt so comfortable and looked after the nurse and her student assistant put me at ease and I felt very comfortable,

I saw my GP today and she responded promptly and professionally to my medical issue. She was considerate and very personable. My medical records were immediately available to her and she made a well informed diagnosis. I could not ask for a better medical service I have been with Weston House for 25 years and have had nothing but exemplary service from them at all times. The staff, facilities, service and administration are excellent. They are a credit to the NHS.

Today I saw the most amazing nurse, she made me feel really comfortable and talked me through everything. The receptionist was welcoming too, a lovely place with happy people. I highly recommend. Thank you again for being so nice and professional.

The reception team are amazing, needed several appointments and all staff were sympathetic and either found me an appointment with the GP or the paramedic the same day. The phone call was answered promptly, no long waits on the phone.

I am officially an ‘elderly’ patient but I have never been made to feel that I am any less deserving of first class attention than younger patients. Today I had a face to face with a doctor and left the surgery feeling good. I had been listened to, examined and treated and most of all reassured that I was not wasting the doctor’s time. Later that day I missed a call from another doctor as I was driving. However she bothered to write me a detailed text explaining the results of a blood test that I had had. It was courteous and informative and again, I felt fully in the picture and my anxiety kicked into touch. I realise the pressure that everyone in the NHS is under at the moment but can only commend the service that I have received ,from three separate doctors in the last week, in the highest terms.

First class service by all the staff from reception ,Doctor and nurse. It was easy to make an appointment and all treated me with courtesy and care.

Called the surgery this morning for help and advice with an ongoing condition. Even with problems with their telephone system my call was answered quickly and the assistant I spoke too was very helpful. Not long after the doctor rang me and advised me what to do next. I am very grateful for their efficiency and thank them for their help. Brilliant service thank you.

I visited the practice today, it was short notice as my appointment is not until 20th Nov, I was anxious so I popped in. The receptionist was the most caring person I'd ever come across, I forgot to get her name but he had very short white hair cut, She was so nice and is a credit to the practice, Thank you so much

I contacted the surgery in order to get hold of some dermervate cream as I am a chronic ezcema sufferer. I had to contact the surgery and the receptionist arranged an appointment with Boots Pharmacy at 4:30 pm that day via Pharmacy First. I got to the pharmacy only to be told that there was no such appointment booked. The Pharmacy did however give me a consultation but because it was only a consultation, the cream would have to be prescribed by my GP. I contacted the surgery. It was closed due to training so I contacted them again at the earliest opportunity due to my work hours only to be told there were no rotas up and I have to wait until this Friday (6th December 2024) to book an appointment and even then there is no guarantee I will get one within the next 2 weeks!!! I may add, the receptionist on this occasion was very rude and abrupt as well. I have now been waiting 3 weeks now for this ointment or an appointment and feel like I'm just being passed from pillar to post. This is not the first time I have had issues with this surgery.
