    Been trying for 4 days to make an appointment, got threw once and was told that I need to call back the next morning and was reminded by a receptionist that there is a doctors strike one would think that she could have put me on the list for the next day.Sadly this is happening to often adding extra stress to any individual who health needs need to be met. I for one have not got the time or the money to be kept on hold for long periods of time and when you have been on hold for over half an hour and got to number 5 on the list to be hung up on is at the least infuriating. The whole practice needs restructuring if it to meet the health needs of its clients.

    I have been trying to contact the surgery after the chemist asked me to as my repeat prescription that is set to regular renewal on the app, this is again not been sent through by the surgery and after waiting over 20 mins on the phone somebody picked up the phone and immediately hung up so I haven't received my prescription and not phoning them again

    Not the staff's fault... but you ring 101 times and they cut you off. They tell you to do the form online and no one bothers for 48 hours. My employer who needed my sick note urgently added more stress for me which caused a severe panic attack. Doctor did give the note but you should be able to speak to a doctor when needed.

    I agree with the others that have left reviews, terrible staff and Iam going to make an official investigation into this practice, they never answer the phone or make appointments available online I can’t believe this has been allowed to be going on for so long, you can never ever see a doctor so what’s the point of this practice?

    I keep getting messages to book a flu and asthma check with their phone number in it, I work full time so can’t spend over an hour on the phone trying to get through and usually do an e consult to avoid this as it is quick and easy. I have been trying to do an e consult for the last week an every time I go onto the website to do it it comes up with ‘your practice is no longer taking e consultations please try again in the morning’ If you ever get an appointment the treatment I’ve had has been fine. They need to come up with a new system or keep the e consults on for longer to accommodate people who work and don’t want to spend all their time on the phone waiting to get through.

    called in last month with chest and back pains also struggling to breath asked if it was possible to see a DR as i was getting scared and distressed was told at 15:20 in the afternoon no Dr's where available. The waiting room in the Drs was deserted and given a bottle of water. Complete joke.

    It is practically impossible to get through to the surgery then it's up to the receptionist if she'll let you talk to the doctor, I had breast cancer and got an appointment but when I arrived the waiting room was empty and the phones were ringing away while the receptionists were were sat there jangling ignoring the phones, I've even phoned up many a time and been waiting to get through and been disconnected another time I was caller number 7 for 35 mins I would like that explained, to me it must be one of the worst gps I'm in my 60s and been with this medical centre since I was born I'm seriously thinking of changing my doctors, I am crippled with arthritic hands and cannot get through for an appointment

    What happened to this doctors? Took me 30 minutes to get through which involved 700 calls on 3 devices!!! Finally get through and I'm caller no7 in the queue and was then on hold for over 45 minutes. What on earth takes them so long to answer a phone call is beyond me. I'm glad I wasn't dying because I'd of died waiting for them to answer!! There is seriously a massive failing now at this surgery and it's sad because it was always very good. Bitterly disappointed
