Needed to speak to a G P urgently,had. Telephone consultation within 2 hours Dr listened to what I had to say and explained in detail what he was going to and the ongoing plan for my care

The doctor made me feel at ease and discussed everything I needed to. He explained everything and understood how I felt. I didn’t feel rushed. He was putting into action the referral I needed. Took 3-4 weeks to see this particular doctor, but worth the wait!

All the occasions I have rang for an appointment. Because I have lots of health conditions I always manage to get an appointment. Very happy with the receptionist and the doctors

I am impressed with the thoroughness of the care provided. Recently I was referred by the paramedic for a bone density scan and I am now on a regime to prevent further deterioration in my bones. The information provided was excellent and I appreciate the proactiveness and preventative approach

I received a prompt exam after a telephone appointment on the same day identified issues that needed an inspection in person. The Doctor explained everything well and was very helpful.

I attended my diabetic review and was asked if I would allow a student nurse to sit in which I did. The review went as I expected and my foot examination better than I expected. I was asked about my hopes expectations and Concerns and generally put at ease. Staff were polite and helpful and fully discussed my condition. An appointment was made for 12 months time and I was reminded about a further booster for covid an a flu inoculation will be due September or October

Telephone consultation yesterday, man I spoke to absolutely brilliant. However over the last few years GPs have left in droves, and impossible to get a face to face appt, if you're lucky enough to get past the receptionist.

The surgery is, and has been offering routine face to face appointments for over 12 months. During the height of the Covid pandemic, the surgery had to adapt to new ways of working to ensure the safety of our patients and staff, this led the surgery to deliver a digital triage first point of access, this ensured our patients still had full access to care in a safe environment, albeit a digital triage first offering. I'm sorry to hear you feel the surgery does not have a stable clinical workforce, to reassure our patients, I will provide a breakdown of the clinical team. Clinical workforce; Dr Emms - 2.5 years of service Dr Robinson - 4.5 years of service Dr Alderson - 3 years of service Dr Clark - 1 year of service Lead Nurse Sophie Pitts - 2.5 years of service Nurse Margaret Sykes - 1.5 years of service Hayley Duckworth HCA- 2 years of service Shirley Simpson HCA - 2 years of service It would be good to discuss your experience of the "Patient support Team", we are always looking for ways to improve the service and care we provide to our patients.
