I’ve have been receiving post cancer care with the W-o-T surgery and have experienced unbelievably kind, helpful and friendly treatment from a practioner (HF)who has shown attentive care and compassion for many months. I have equally had nursing care for a post-radiotherapy wound and the nursing staff have gone above and beyond to make sure my care and treatment is perfect - I now have fully healed from a troublesome problem that the hospital was unable to deal with. I’d like to thank the trust for helping me over a difficult time. Pippa

Visited the practice for an appointment early morning on 5 February 24. I was extremely impressed by the kindness, understanding and patience of the receptionist on duty that morning. Despite being busy they managed each patient in a compassionate and friendly manner. The receptionist clearly took pride in their role.

Had a smear test recently, not fun but made significantly better by the wonderful, experienced and reassuring nurse who had obviously done loads of them before and was extremely professional and helped to make it as comfortable as possible. Many thank to your wonderful nursing staff, they are fabulous.

Highly professional, well organised and welcoming. This clinic is on top of their normal workload but you would know. I was greeted as if it was the first jab, not the 50th of the day.

Dear David, I can't tell you how thankful I am to receive this review. The flu and Covid-19 vaccine clinics represented a massive challenge to us this year due to the logistics of the Covid-19 vaccine. Our team have worked many a long hour to get the clinics up and running! We are so thankful to all of our patients who joined us at the clinics. I visited today and saw a locum doctor. He was excellent. He was a good communicator and a good listener; he dealt with me with efficient skill, compassion and good humour. Having worked in healthcare all my life I know this was an excellent consultation. Please pass this on to him. Well done and thanks.

I had a really positive first time experience at the practice today. I called, had a telephone consultation with a doctor who was clearly battling feeling poorly himself but still working from home, and was seen and medicated in the same day. I didn’t think this high quality of same-day care still existed on the NHS. Very positive experience, staff in surgery also very welcoming and friendly.

My 5 year old son woke up struggling to breathe in the night. I called the surgery at 8.30am and spoke to someone with very little waiting time. He then saw a doctor and we had a reassuring resolution and a prescription by 10.30am. We’re so grateful to have had such good service. Thank you.

The receptionist on duty was welcoming and helpful. My appointment was at 11.15 I checked in and I was seen right on time. I was only having a shingles injection however the practice nurse was welcoming and kind. She explained to me the advantages of having the injection, a lovely person. I would like to commend all the receptionists. When you call the surgery they are always very helpful.
