    Contacted the surgery this morning at 8 to book a telephone consultation. Have also used the e consult form. Receptionists are helpful and caring. The health professional I spoke to was caring to the point of over and above. She called me several times in the morning to check on my progress and gave me advice as to what I should do. Meds were sent to my pharmacy immediately and she also called to let me know this. I honestly can’t give this practice a high enough rating. I would have liked to mention her name but it advises not to. Thank you for your help and attention.

    This week I had a remarkable experience with an NHS nurse at this practice. The nurse, who's name I understand must remain unused here, sat me down and walked me through not only the procedure, but the biology and science behind it. It was the most comprehensive and respectful discussion I have ever had about my reproductive organs. While the exam itself is slightly uncomfortable, I was more focused on the level of comfortability she had provided me. It seems as though she was born for this job, what an incredibly patient and again, remarkable, nurse. She really made my week and I have been making sure all my friends are starting to get their papsmears done too, thanks to such a memorable experience.

    2.5 hrs to get through to a miserable receptionist, she asked what was wrong and as i started to explain she butted in with "date of birth?" offered me an appointment in 9 days to discuss if i need a blood test, which i do! told me i should be grateful of it as if i hadnt gone through econsult originally i wouldnt be getting one at all. shocking service, ill suffer on another 9 days.. after all its been over a month ive waited now with hair loss/nausea/extreme exhaustion.

    Thank you for submitting your review. We appreciate all feedback into the practice. I am very sorry to hear that you had such difficulties getting through on the phone. 2.5 hours wait is extremely uncommon for our practice, so if you could contact the surgery directly we will investigate this with our telephone company to ensure there are no problems with the phones. I am sorry you had difficulties with the reception team whilst trying to book your blood test, the reception team are not clinical and therefore cannot request a blood tests on your behalf, these can only be requested by a clinician, hence the reason they would require your date of birth to search for the next available appointment. All appointments at the practice are prebookable, as well as this we have on the day appointments for those complaints which cannot wait until the next available prebookable appointment. These become available at 8am each day. Online consultations can take away the wait on the phone and can give you guidance to the best place for you to be seen. All consultations submitted to the practice are reviewed and answered daily.

    One of the doctors visited at home very promptly after receiving a call from 111 and was very reassuring and comforting to my mother. I also received a call from the doctor that actioned some letters from North Middlesex Hospital, I took to the Surgery within a day and followed up with a call today (15/2/2023). Again very reassuring and took the time to answer my questions. Feel reassured again. Thank you from the family too.

    Had to wait more than a week to get the prescription and that was only after I made a fuss. Every time I turned up, I was told it will be ready in the evening. After refusing such poor service, they finally got up and did something about it and made it out as if they were doing me a favour! Reception staff are incredibly rude

    Dear Patient, I am very sorry you are unhappy with the service you have received from the practice. You have submitted a complaint to the practice management team which was received and responded to today. The Reception Manager was able to resolve your your complaint today concerns in a polite and professional manner and she ensured your prescription was issued with no further delay. I understand you are unhappy with the length of time it has taken to issue your prescription. The surgery team do try to ensure all prescriptions are issued within 48 hours but sometimes the process takes longer to process.     the doctor should be sending prescription straight away after they either seen you face to face or telephone consultation like very poor service

    Dear Patient, I am sorry you are not satified with the service you have received from our practice. With regards to prescriptions, if you are seen by one of the GP's then they will issue your prescription immediately. If you are seen/treated by one of our Physician Associates the request is sent to a GP who will review and issue it either at the end of their morning clinic or at the end of their evening clinic. This means that safe prescribing is ensured at all times. If a request is urgent the clinician will send a request to the GP to issue sooner, but all requests are completed within the same day as your appointment. If you would like us to investigate further then please put your complaint in writing and we will investigate fully on your behalf. Best wishes Deborah Kelly Practice Manager
