I was in doctors surgery quite often after having a heart attack and one of the reception team took time to help me and even hug me when I was sat crying in the surgery. So thankyou.also alot of doctors didn't take the time to help or reassure me until I saw a particular doctor just before Xmas and she followed everything up and kept me updated with test results etc. First time I felt someone cared. So thankyou

I tried using their online portal to book an appointment, they replied saying i need to ring on the day and book appointment. For last 2 days i am ringing them at 8am, they keep saying they are fully booked and they have over 1500 patients and very less doctors. But they still accept "new applications

Recently I attempted to get an appointment for my child. He was given appointment after 2 weeks and then the appointment was cancelled on the day of appointment without any alternative appointment provided. Extremely apathetic and casual treatment.

I ran into a situation recently that reminded me how supportive and helpful West Timperley Medical Centre is. I needed an appointment (not urgent) as soon as possible. I explained to West Timperley what I needed - and they booked me an appointment with the GP in less than three days. Throughout the pandemic they maintained standards, quickly responding when I contacted them. They send reminders, take care of setting up prescriptions, and book referrals and tests. The reception staff and nurse practitioners are always pleasant and polite. I find this surgery to be absolutely first-rate. I recommend them without hesitation.
