My wife and I had a follow up appointmet.Doctor listen empathically to our concerns and provided both ofus with reasurance and arranged for further investigations. Doctor suggested a further follow up in 6-8 weeks. This was much appreciated.

Another very satisfying consultation with a brilliant doctor. I was really worried about my condition, the doctor listened to me carefully and empathetically and then prescribed urgent tests, together with comprehensive advice on how to modify my food and fluid intake. On return when I shared this consultation and the list of diagnostic tests with a GP within my immediate family, I was assured that the West Road surgery doctor had actually gone extra mile in providing additional diagnostic procedure to rule out other underlying issues. Ten out of ten!

The doctor i saw yesterday was fantastic. First time in many years, he listened and addressed my problems head on.👍. Just shame about horrible arrogant rude self righteous receptionist. Very rude! Thank you Doctor, you were brilliant!

I have seen my Doctor several times about a chronic problem. Doctor listens, is empathetic, understanding and looking for different ways forward. I always leave my appointment feeling brighter and positive. Top Doctor, Top guy. The Receptionist Ladies always helpful.

I have read the other reviews and I note that the surgery has yet to respond. I found the forum was led extremely well and everyone was made to feel welcome. Participants were given the opportunity of expressing their views, however, I felt that there were too many complaints. These can surely be channeled differently? It might be a good idea to ask future attendees to submit ideas/questions in writing beforehand so these can be assessed and discussed under ‘any other business’.

i have spent a lot of time at the surgery in the last 4 yrs with on going problem's dr albiati is amazing and has helped in every way she can sending me to any body and test that will help , nothing is to much trouble for her and she listens and i trust her advice , the other gp are good to but i tend to stick to one with my on going problem also had daily dressing with the nurses who are amazing and have. also worked extra time to fit me in when no space left they are a great all round practice that i have been with for over 30 yrs as are the rest of my family , great job west rd x

I was seen by a very pleasant and competent doctor. The doctor was very caring and empathetic. And despite the fact that I turned up with more than one issues, the doctor listened to me empathetically and actually went extra mile to ensure that I get the right diagnostics / tests done for all my issues and provided additional advice on how to manage my conditions. Very pleasant and satisfying experience. There are issues in getting appointments, and reception staff has lately improved as well. Overall very happy with the practice.

All GP’s, reception and office staff are exceptionally kind, helpful and willing to go the extra mile, and give as much time as is needed to fully explore a problem. I always feel respected, listened to and supported.

Impossible to get an appointment even for a 2 year old!! Receptionists are rude and give you false information. Would not recommend to anyone!

I was supposed to have a call back from a Dr regarding my recent CT scan at 13:30 but nothing. I have been trying to call the practice but as usual no reply after nearly 30 minutes. This call is potentially very important to me but not to staff who do not pick up the phone. I am number 1 in your queue and have been for some 30 minutes, can you please amend your recorded message so it doesn't say that my call is important to you. Lee
