   After being with this surgery(from when they had a surgery in Three legged cross) since 2007, I finally have registered with another Drs and I am glad for it! The straw that broke the camel's back, as I was driving through the village today, I decided to pop into the surgery to make a routine appt for my child. I was not listened to by reception, was told to ring in the next day for an emergency appt(tried to explain it wasn't, but was talked over) and go to the chemist and see if they could help. I had tried to explain my circumstances but was talked over. I mumbled a thank you, walked out and literally drove to another surgery and registered there and then. Had enough of the terribly condescening and dismissive attitude that I would say 75% of the staff have there. I should have left when they left Three Legged cross!

   I have always found this surgery very helpful. I have always been signposted to the right person and they soon get the problem sorted out. Routine appointment times tend to be 2-3 weeks but if you have a problem that needs sorting fast then they will telephone you the same day.
