    Have been with this practice for little over two years. However have found them to be on the extreme end of being unkind and unhelpful. I am not normally a sick person, but really needed to speak to a Dr, and unfortunately the Dr have been in touch via Patches, treating me like a friend having a watsupp chat. Asking all his questions in separate message, over a period of a couple of days, without reaching out via telephone or organizing for me to see someone. Very unhelpful and very unkind. I will be moving from this practice. Do not sign up here. Very bad services.

    I called the Surgery as I needed an appointment. They were able to give me an appointment at relatively short notice (I think the next day). All the staff are charming, and the receptionist on the telephone could not be more helpful. I could not recommend this practice more highly based on my experience so far.

    I had a blood test today and the nurse was extremely patient and kind even though my English is not very good. My veins are very thin so it was difficult to take blood. I really appreciate the nurse’s professionalism.
