    The staff at WHMC is always very friendly, very helpful and usually easy to reach. Our son (8 months now) has been ill quite a bit and it was possible to come to the practice the same day.

    I really recommend the doctors and staff at this practice. I was able to access appointments and blood test with ease. I got an SMS message to update me. Fantastic care and service

    Kind and efficient consultations on having shingles and flu jab on two separate occasions. Many reminders of the jabs may have been a little over done but must obviously be necessary to stop people not turning up.

    One of the few GPs still offering same day appointments. Understanding and compassionate GPs, helpful administrative staff, clean and welcoming practice. Doctors offer helpful advice and treatment courses and are keen to follow up on other issues. I trust this practice completely.

    I was asked to book an appointment with the mental health nurse for a review-which I did and requested it be a telephone appointment for medical reasons, during the week I get text messages from the surgery to remind me of the appointment, but on the day of the appointment, even after 90 minutes of waiting, the appointment doesn't happen. Why ask me to book an appointment, send me reminders and then have no appointment in the end.

    Had several visits to surgery. Each one was a good experience with caring receptionists and doctors. Having issues with delayed , urgent hospital appointments ,which the surgery have tried to help speed up , but so far have been unable to bring the appointments nearer .

We totally understand your frustration regarding the wait for your hospital appointment. Although we always try our best to expediate, ultimately we have no control over the triage process at the local hospitals as well as their waiting times.     Booked an appointment. Was seen on time. In and out of the practice within 5 minutes. Person giving the injection was friendly. Couldn't have expected better.

    I have moved around quite a bit and this is by far the best practice I have been so far. Polite and professional staff, flexible appointment times, reminders through SMS, appointments typically run on time...in sum, it all just works as expected.

    I recently joined this practice after moving to the area. I have had a couple of appointments and can honestly say all the staff I have met have provided an excellent service, everyone on reception, the GP’s I have met and the nurse. Appointments for tests were made, results were followed up with a call and every member of the reception team has been so helpful. This is absolutely what a medical centre should be.
