Thank you to everyone involved at Staunton on Saturday. Brilliantly organised, friendly and efficient. I arrived early, joined the short queue, and was back home only a few minutes after my appointment time. Wonderful! Thank you again Regards John

Most of the staff here are very lovely and caring - rang for an appt today which was not possible. I understand that is the case but there is no need for rudeness and cold nature to a parent who is concerned about their child. Shame one let's down the others!

I am aware that GP surgeries get a lot of bad press and I am also aware that often people only leave reviews when they are unhappy so I want to buck the trend and congratulate the surgery after my recent consultation. The GP was excellent and could not have been more caring. Arranging a follow up call and text messages keeping me advised of test results and support web links was more than I could have expected. It felt like private medical care! Well done and thank you.
