   Annual review for BP, the waiting area was clean and pleasant, waiting time was only a couple of minutes. The HCA greeted me in a clean and tidy room and the appt was carried out swiftly. I was asked if I had any questions (I did not) and after the blood sample was taken, was allowed to leave. Very efficient service, as always, from this practice with helpful and friendly staff.
