   I have been trying to get an appontment for over 4 weeks, the web system, Klinik is not fit for purpose and surgery impossible to contact. Takes days to get a response and then seem to ask the exact same questions, seem to be stuck in an endless loop.

   Thanks for the feedback. I am sorry that you have been waiting more than 4 weeks to get an appointment. As you have posted anonymously, I am unable to investigate this.
