   All the changes in the last few year have been just awful use to be a great practice would recommend to anyone now cannot get through to the surgery, called on 4 separate occasions and alway over an 30 min wait, work full time 8-6 Monday to Friday so not sure how they expect people to wait so long, get more call handles, let people book direct on line, won't be using patchs as I would like to see my own GP not be sent anywhere Haven't been since 2020 and have messaged the GP numerous times as smear due but couldn't get an appointment Shocking doctors
