    The doctor we saw on Friday for my son was lovely. However after two experiences with different receptionists on Friday - one for myself regarding an infection in my jaw the receptionist at Mawsley cut me off and told me to book a dentist appointment and carried on interrupting and talking over me despite me telling her it was not a tooth issue and I had had an operation on my jaw earlier in the year she wouldn’t listen. I ended up going to Corby Urgent Care who gave me antibiotics. Later in the afternoon I called 111 because my son was not very well, they booked me in for a call with a dr who I couldn’t have been happier with. He booked me an appointment for 4.05pm. It ended up taking me 45 minutes to get there due to traffic in Kettering town centre. I called Weavers to explain we were on the way but stuck in traffic, the receptionist originally was unable to find my son on the system even though I’d spoken to the Dr that day and had an appointment booked in. She told me I’d called the wrong surgery. Once she finally found us on the system she literally barked at me that if we were 5 minutes late she would cancel my appointment regardless of the fact it was for a 9 month old baby. She was so rude that I ended up in tears and ended up telling her to cancel the appointment and hanging up. 5 minutes later she called back and said the on duty dr had said he would see me whenever we arrived. Because of these two interactions with two seperate receptions we will be leaving Weavers. I will also be making a formal complaint. It is such a shame because the drs and nurses we have seen have all been amazing, it’s just the front of house staff that have let the surgery down.

    I have been seeing one of the women doctors for a number of sessions now while we work through HRT and other issues. She noticed a blood result missed by previous doctors and has pursued this. She works collaboratively and explains options and next steps. She listens and cares. I trust her to be thorough and do the right thing - and that’s priceless.

    As always received 'First Class' service from Weavers Medical Centre. This time my appt was with Doctor (Registrar). He was very thorough, knowledgeable, listened well and sounded very interested in what I had to say. I didn't feel rushed at all. Thank you. Whoever I see at this practice, I always receive this very high level of service. Thank you to you, it is very much appreciated.

    Visited Dr myers today 04/02/2025 for a problem that I was very concerned about after talking with him ,this being the first time I have visited the surgery and indeed seeing him for the first time,I was very impressed at the understanding and compassion he showed me and I left feeling reassured he thought it was nothing to worry about ,that said he has arranged test to eliminate my worries very good at keeping my fears at bay thankyou Dr myers

    I had a telephone appointment with a doctor on Monday. He rang me within ten minutes of the agreed time. He was in no hurry to get me off the line and was very thorough in his assessment. I highly recommend this practice.

    Absolutely appalling practice. So called doctors refusing to provide a call back for immunocompromised individual, followed up the day after, the "doctor" looked at the submitted pictures and said "can wait til tomorrow", I've still yet to receive a callback from these apparently medical professionals. Honestly feel like I'd have more luck eating bark than trying to get treatment from this god awful practice.

    I just wanted to say a big thank you to the lovely lady doctor that I spoke to the other day. I was experiencing such terrible nerve pain, she kindly listened and sent a prescription to my pharmacy. Within 24 hours my pain has stopped, and I managed to sleep all night. I can not thank you enough for being there and helping me when I needed it. I have been with your surgery for 29 years and have always been impressed by your care and efficiency. Thank you. 😊
