I was given an appointment after 2 days of sending my request. The physiotherapist was very professional and thorough. The only disappointment was I need to come back the following day to get my prescription because I was told that the GP are closing so the prescription cannot be done, I was the last patient seen by the physiotherapist.

The Physio gave clear instructions , modelling each exercise. It was a face to face one which is far better than telephone or zoom. Still awaiting xray Appointment as discussed.

The Dr was very friendly and caring very precise in her diagnostic she gave really good advice about exercises and other things to improve my condition.

I did not know what to expect, when I booked to see this Lady. I was greeted by a fully professional and caring person. She explained everything to me in a form that I could understand but did not make me feel overwhelmed. She diminished most of my worries about what my problems are, and how to deal with them, in a sensible and controlled way. I would finally like to say thank you for all your help. Cheers

I called to book in my B12 injection today and spoke to a lovely receptionist unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was delightful, helpful and generally lovely to speak to. GP receptionist generally get a bad press and feel it's nice to appreciate great service. Thank you..

I find it difficult to attend hospital appointments due to caring responsibilities so to be able to access help from a physiotherapist both in person at the GP surgery and by telephone pretty much at a time to suit me has been amazing. The person I saw was both kind and professional and couldn't have been more helpful.
