Went to see physio who was very helpful, put my mind at rest. Gave me great help with physio to do and how to do it properly. Was very thoughtful.

As a new patient to Waterside with complex health, I cannot praise them highly enough. Joining the practice was so easy & quick. I was literally registered overnight & given an urgent appointment the following day, the administration so efficient & responsive, amazingly so! From the staff on Reception, to the GPs themselves, everyone I’ve had direct contact with has been kind, caring, supportive, knowledgeable & responsive, I really couldn’t ask for any better. Reception staff have done their utmost to help me when needed & the GPs I’ve had contact with have been nothing but outstanding, you know they really do care about you. Even under such continued demand & pressure, Waterside maintains its high standards & the effort needed to keep reaching those within such challenging times, cannot be underestimated. It also takes Admin & Management staff to keep everything running as smoothly as possible & it’s so important to recognise the vital roles those people play too, as they often go unnoticed, yet without them nothing would work in the ways required. You can feel everyone at the practice works together to do their best for each and every patient, they so evidently have a ‘real team’ ethos & approach, you can see it & feel it. I am so grateful to each & every staff member at Waterside for everything they do, how they continually strive to ensure each & every patient gets the health care & support that they need & how they go above & beyond to keep providing the services they do in such challenging times. Thank you so so much to everyone at Waterside!

I have recently needed a great deal of assistance at the practice due to I’ll health and can honestly say that from the Admin Team, Secretary and Medical Staff, l feel blessed to receive the highest standard of care, support, skill and efficiency at all times

The practice doctors and staff have been very supportive, caring and helpful whilst looking after my late mother. I lived away from her and when I had to call for help with her medical care nothing was too much trouble, if they weren’t sure they would find out and come back to me. The doctors would come and visit her in her home and were alway kind, considerate and made sure to maintain her dignity. They alway kept me informed about what was going on. I couldn’t have asked for better care for her. Thank you.

Hi Team, I want to thank the Waterside medical practice for the improvement on their telephone system. I rang yesterday morning at 0800 for an appointment. Instead of waiting in the queue I had the option of selecting 1 for a callback when I moved into first position. Which I duly received with an appointment to see a nurse. A very effective use of time. Thank you Waterside for the technical improvement in communications.

I was told I would be called by 630pm the following evening .. I wasn’t .. no answer to telephone .. no email address .. no e consult available. V bad service

After receiving a telephone call on Monday 27th about my the results of my blood test I was given an appointment for Tuesday PM. I waited five hours for a telephone conversation from 01:30 to 17.30 to discuss my medication needs. I phoned the surgery at 17.00 to ask if the consultation would still take place and was informed that I was next on the list, the conversation did not materialise. I waited five and a half hours to no avail, no apology and no further definite appointment this is a sad state and very poor patient service. I will now have to visit the surgery to find out when I have to book my next five hour time wasting appointment to have my medication need updated

Over the last 3 months my wife has had numerous medical issues for which all the staff (Doctors/Nurses and receptionists) have been absolutely fantastic. The doctors and nurses dealt with all my wife's issues straight away and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. People criticise the GP and surgeries but in our opinion they have been life savers....this is not an over statement as far as we are concerned!. This a BIG thank you to all the staff involved.

I can’t fault this surgery!! They have recently been so thorough with myself and also my daughter. They phone when they say they will and have a lovely caring way about them. All the staff there are fabulous
