Decided to switch to Waters Edge after trouble with my previous practice. They are always so helpful and accommodating - Staff are willing to try their best to assist with any issue and unlike my old practice it doesn’t take years to get through via the phone. I have been trying to get a referral for my Endometriosis for almost 7 years and haven’t been taken seriously but i was referred for an ultrasound and have now been referred to the Gynaecologist with recommendation for a laparoscopy so i can finally be diagnosed. Such a relief after many years of not being listened to by Doctors. The Staff are always so friendly and it is a lovely surgery. The team are doing a great job

I felt very unwell last week. I was given an appointment very quickly and received excellent care from the GP. I have always found the staff at this practice very kind and helpful whether they are receptionists/ nurses or GP’s and at a time of great pressure on the NHS, this practice does an excellent job. Thank you

I'm so disappointed - I brought my son with me on the way from school as I was called to pick him up because he was unwell. He looked like death warmed up and still I was told there are no appointments and this isn't a walk in centre by the receptionist. I ended up waiting for 8 hours in the a&e for a simple case of shingles to be diagnosed, which took the doctor half a minute to diagnose once we actually got to see one.

My son came back with an injury from South America (a complete rupture to his knee ligament) Three times his referral letter has gone to the wrong place. Still waiting to even get to see a consultant or even on a list. We will now relocate to another practice. Once an amazing surgery but certainly not now. So disappointed likewise my son is too. I can’t believe they have done this to him.
