   Said they would phone back but sent a text instead asking me to phone back. Just spent an hour and a half trying to do so. Mostly can’t even get in the queue and when I did my position in the queue didn't change in 20 mins.

Current demand is extremely high and all of our staff are working very hard to provide our patients with the highest level of care.
