My son has been treated for the last 3 weeks regularly for a bad burn on his foot. The care and service provided by the nurses redressing his foot has been amazing in a very stressful and worrying time. They took time time to explain how to look after it, how the healing process worked and gave us details of how to take care of it now we have been discharged from their care. Fabulous family practice with exceptional staff.

Earlier in the week w/c 30/10/23 I saw a GP about a rash covering half my body. I forgot to ask about the infectiousness of this. At the end of the week Friday after 5pm I rang the surgery to seek advice as my pregnant daughter would be visiting this weekend. The receptionist messaged a different GP within the practise. They replied within 15 minutes with sound advice and a link to the nhs website about the rash. Excellent teamwork and service to me. Thankyou to all. P

Called the surgery at 8.00am, third in queue. Answered by a very competent and helpful receptionist who dealt with my enquiry between 8.10 and 8.15. She called back at 8.30 having spoken to GP who sent an electronic prescription to my local pharmacy. I picked up the medication at 10.45. Brilliant service, thank you.
