I called with chronic insomnia, 4 weeks of terrible upset stomach. Chronic night cold sweats and nightmares. Terrible pain in my right side and generally feeling very unwell. I was offered an appointment in 12 days time. 111 told me to call GP urgently. This can’t be right, once again. Might have to go privately!!!! Joke

The practice nurse was extremely friendly, patient and efficient. She made us feel relaxed and well looked after.

I was given a phone call appointment, and following that had a face to face appointment the same afternoon. I received a prescription, X-ray forms and a blood test request immediately and was phoned with the results. How much better can it get!
