Great surgery, lovely staff, can't paise them highly enough, only problem is the website is very user unfriendly, I've just spent over an hour trying to work out how it works as I want to make an appointment, any help would be wonderful!

Dear Pam Thank you for your feedback. When you visit our website www.warehamsurgery.nhs.uk you will be presented with 6 blue tiles. If you click on the Appointments tile it will take you to the information you need. We ask patients to complete an online request form. The information you provide will be triaged by a clinician and appropriate care offered. I hope this helps but if you need further guidance please contact the surgery. Really cannot praise this practice enough I actually felt listened to and supported , didn’t feel rushed and nurse was extremely empathetic and knowledgeable , came home feeling so much relief that she understood how I was feeling and helped me … cannot fault the surgery reception staff where polite , kind and efficient

Thank you to the receptionist who was so helpful when we contacted the surgery following a fall my mother had sustained. It was late but she her response and the steps she took on our behalf to deal with our concerns was reassuring and so appreciated.

I just want to thank you for the great service I received yesterday - from the lovely receptionist to the GP, who seen me late afternoon on Friday, arranged blood tests and called that evening to give me the results (thanks to Poole Hospital as well) - heaven knows what time this poor doctor went home! So thank you very much for this efficient and professional service.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the incredibly quick service today where I asked for someone to go and check on my father (80yo).... you sent an advance nurse on a home visit to check him over within 2 hrs of me calling the surgery.
