    I have had several appointments with Warders in past two months, I cannot praise the care and consideration I have been shown by all the staff I have encountered from those answering the phone to the Doctors I have seen or spoken to on the phone and the lovely caring reception and pharmacy staff & surgery nurse at Penshurst. It has been a difficult time for me and without the quick appointments and responses would have been even more so. This practice is definitely five star and beyond. With very grateful thanks to you all.

    I visited Warders Penshurst on the 21st September 2023 for a health check with the practice nurse. The nurse was absolutely brilliant, very caring, professional and exceptional helpful. The nurse put me at ease and answered questions in a professional manner. I can’t praise the nurse enough. Thank you. I hope the nurse will see this review. Best wishes Quentin

    I feel we are really lucky to have the services of the Warders Team. I have just had a same day appointment following my concerns, with very comprehensive tests in the next day or two, a complete explanation of the results and way forward, from a very caring team of professionals. Grateful thanks.

    Luckily, in the four years I've been with the practice I haven't needed their services very often, but when I have the doctors, nurses and reception staff (bar one who though efficient, came across as a rottweiler guarding access to her doctors. Luckily, I only encountered her once several months ago) are caring, they listen and I have never felt rushed even though the doctor yesterday was running late and was obviously under pressure. I feel I'm in safe hands. Thank you.

    Today I tried phoning you to tell you that I have tested positive for Covid 19. I think it's important you know this so it can be added to my medical records in case of future complications. Your automated phone service does not allow me to do this, so how am I to let you know. I will be 80 next month, my Covid symptoms are unpleasant but not severe but this needs to be recorded. I have reported my positive result to the NHS.

    I am sorry that you have had difficulties contacting the Practice. We are in the process of updating our telephone system so that we can rectify the issues patients are having when calling. Please be assured that you’re Covid results will be passed onto us by the NHS. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any support or are concerned regarding your symptoms.
