Phoned at 8am Monday, phone answered at 8:10, GP call back 8:45,seen Face to face at 9:05 , prescribed antibiotics which I picked up from the adjacent chemist immedialty and was home with treatment within the hour. GP I saw very polite friendly and through can’t fault this practice

Came to get appointment, reviewed and referred next day. All staff friendly and doctor listened to worries and gave reassurance and guidance.
