   I have phoned the practice twice this month and on both occasions my queries were dealt with very efficiently and in a polite & friendly way by the receptionist. My first call was to book in a contraceptive depot. The receptionist was able to advise me the date it was required and booked me in at a acceptable date & time. I also enquired about a physio self referral and was booked in for the following working day. Great service! The physio was very thorough & informative too. My second call was to ask about my COVID travel pass, i needed to change my surname as my passport was in my maiden name. The receptionist changed it straight away and wished me a good holiday! Really happy with the service
