Lovely nurse very helpful and no pain with needle and more important no bruising and as l had a cold n cough l asked for hospital mask where the nurse acquired one for me and one for her self

I had my diabetics review on 4th February with the nurse, she was lovely and helpful and I felt really relaxed throughout the review and she got my blood easy as I am a difficult one to get blood from and left no bruises, we’ll happy as my results were on line the following day, Vine please keep this great service up, many thanks Kevin.

Tried to book an appointment online, system said they weren’t available for same day appointment. Tried to phone, first attempt timed out after 90 minutes of waiting, second attempt was answered after 20 mins . Finally spoke to someone who said they had reached capacity for the next 3 weeks so look on line in the morning. Person answering was lovely but really poor service to not have any appointments for 3 weeks and no option other than Russian roulette on line system which shuts off by lunch time. The majority of reviews on their website are 1 star and I can see why. The staff must be so demoralised to work in such a poor practice.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. Our reception team have access to the same system (Anima), that patients can access online. So once the online system has reached a safe limit, our reception team are also unable to process any more appointment requests. Primary Care continues to see exceptional demand for its services, and so unfortunately we do often reach a safe limit of appointment requests in the morning. If your problem is urgent you may be able to access the help you need via a pharmacy, urgent treatment centre or 111. Kind Regards, Vine Medical Group

I went in on time,it was painless and the phlebotomist was vey pleasant and efficient. She would have made a nervous patient feel very at ease. Everything seemed clean and orderly and the Receptionist was also extremely helpful and friendly. The lady explained what would happen after this again putting me at ease.

My elderly mother is your patient.. not me. She is in a wheelchair and staff at Stakes Lodge helped with the awkward doors to get in. The nurse we saw was extremely helpful… even getting a Dr to check a condition for us. She also helped enormously with future blood appointments for Mum… as we usually have difficulty booking regular tests. She was really lovely. Thank you

I went with my unwell child in waterlooville health centre, firstly I booked appointment for my 2 kids ,Then they called back for my second daughter first at that time I requested that staff members I have 2 appointment because my kids are unwell I can't come 2 times they didn't agree that, I agreed to their demand because my 8 month daughter have priority.when I reached in health centre there was no reception staff but I have no idea about I need to inform Firstly then they are allowed me to meet GP.There not mentioned in anywhere report reception first for GP. My appointment was 11:15 , I reached 11:10 around 45 minutes Iwas waiting with my unwell kids after that I went to reception they said I Missed my appointment. Then I requested them please give me another appointment the receptionist again said I can't do anything , Then she phoned and asked someone , then she said If you want you can come tomorrow.I am very sad again I requested my 8 month daughter have fever and rash on her body the receptionist didn't want to hear me and she told us ' give way to another patient,' I feel very very badly and rudely . because I went there because of GP called me. This is the second experience to me from waterlooville health centre staff ,So I wrote this .

Went for my cervical smear and was very emotional however the nurse I saw was so calm and caring and supportive of my situation she gave me very clear advice of what she was doing and her understanding helped me relax and feel so reassured.A massive thank you.
