Annual review bloods taken with phebotamist who was careful and pain free. A good experience although everyone was suffering from the extreme heat. Rated an Outstanding Practice. I've always had a very good service over the last 30 years. It isn't the NHS's fault they have been serially underfunded over the last years.

Diagnosed at hospital as having a thyroid problem and had blood test The doctor needs further blood tests but cannot do them (as I am housebound) for another three weeks so in total waited eight weeks and am still losing weight already lost four stone and am 80 years old

Unable to get appointment for face to face consultation. Receptionist asks what your problem is. Waiting room nearly empty . Where are our GPS. I assume they are either at different surgeries or doing private practice. Bring back the old days ! Our GP's were fantastic. They knew us, or history and that of our family.I find it vert sad that such a good surgery is failing its patients.
