Over last year, I have only had 5mts of part prescription delivered. Had to go down and order rest again. for 7mths instead of 72hr delivery I've either had a week to wait, or call receptionist to see what had happened to it. This week I ordered my script on Mon, automatic service, now Thurs no script. I had to call practice. The Dr had only done 3 items, this was after I called automated line and left message to get it sorted. Now after finally getting through to practice, I'll have to wait till Monday or Tuesday to get script. Having Osteoarthritis of spine, I'm in agony. This practice will have to look at a better way to make sure patients are able to get their scripts made up and sent to choosen chemists when they are ordered. This has really made me feel angry, and ready to change Surgeries. Sadly I only give 1 star for service. Past year my experience has been awful, Really do like my Drs at Victoria Practice, As it would say on your report card, if Still at school; Could do better at dispensing proper and completed ordered items, properly
