    I use to rate this practice but for the last 6 months I have either been sent to whole different practice in the city centre who say I should of never been sent there or I get a phone call back which isn't the same as being seen in person. I have ongoing issues and nothing as been resolved. Tried to get myself and my 3 year old son in and told after 40 minute wait in the queue no appointments are available and this isn't the first time it as happened. I ask if I can pre book an appointment once again I get told there is no available appointment this month and the next month diary isn't open yet! There needs to be a better booking system as obviously what they are doing now isn't working. Sad to say it maybe time to move to another practice or look in to private healthcare.
