all the staff are absolutely a brilliant , friendly and helpful. All the staff are trained to a very high standard would highly recommend,this surgery,the service was excellent,the experience was brilliant as i went to make an appointment.

I’m not sure of her name but the receptionist I spoke to this afternoon was one of the most helpful, kind and caring people I have spoke to. She really put me at ease and is definitely an attribute and great example to the team. She went above and beyond to get me the help I needed and it very much appreciated. I have nothing but positive feedback for this doctors surgery. Bringing my faith back in the NHS.

The staff and receptionists in particular always polite, respectful and go that extra mile to be helpful. All of this despite NHS pressures and over worked staff teams. I implore people to respect and value this great practice who have given me and countless others care over the years. Please respect them by cancelling appointments rather than just not turn up.

I am always able to get in to see the doctor if needed, not wait weeks, brilliant surgery, The receptionists are always very quick to answer your call and excellent dealing with any questions

I rarely give feedback but felt that I had to say something. I came to Morris lane on wednesday afternoon and your receptionist was great, a real credit to you. She was kind, and compassionate and made me feel very welcome. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I arrived having not had the best day and left smiling.
