   I have filled in the online appointment form and uploaded required photos but didn't get a reply after a day. I phoned up and waited in line for over half an hour only to be fobbed off in 5 minutes. I was told you might get back to me but it is unlikely because you are busy. Busy making excuses. Terrible service.
