Have been with this practice for three years. I have found the GP’s to be friendly, empathetic and understanding. Easy to get appointments and calls to GPS are returned timeously. Feel supported by the doctors especially when going through stressful and difficult situations . Have had calls to check on my well being which made me feel cared for. Reception staff generally friendly and efficient when making requests. Thank you to all staff at the practice . Best GP Surgery I have attended in London.

I moved to the area 4 years ago and had to change GP. Thank goodness I did. Valley Road surgery is like a breath of fresh air. All staff are friendly and helpful, calls are answered quickly and appointments can be made quickly. Referrals have been made speedily and followed up. I was finally prescribed the correct medication for my issues which my previous GP refused to do, which has literally changed my life. I cannot recommend Valley Road surgery highly enough. Huge thanks to everyone who works there.

Thank you to the team at valley road, really first rate service. Informative, clear advice that was delivered in a friendly easy to understand manner. The appointments were easy to make and ran on time. Great experience of the surgery.

Great experience for the whole family with appointments straightforward to secure, reception supremely helpful and GPs reassuring. Wonderful with nervous kids. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

I feel that my family are so well looked after by this practice. All the staff are extremely helpful and kind - the reception staff are wonderful, the practice nurse is amazing and all the GPs I have seen have been really really great. I feel so grateful!

I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years. During this time I have always experienced courteous and professional advice from the staff and my GP has been exceptionally empathic and supportive. She empowered me to think about healthy living rather than relying on medication. The practice also supported and informed me about screening and prevention strategies. Altogether, it is a well organised surgery which offers a lot of variety of healthcare and sees the patient as an adult able to make their own decisions once advice has been proffered.

This surgery is amazing! A very personal service. They’re super efficient, turn things around very quickly and are veey friendly and helpful - from the reception staff to the calls with the doctors. So happy I changed surgery - just wish I’d done so sooner! Would highly recommend them without hesitation!

I recently registered at this practice. Everything has been smooth and efficient. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. The doctor has been proactive following up on test results which other doctors have previously ignored. I feel well looked after and safe in their hands. I am so glad I switched to this practice.

Always able to contact by phone and on line. Staff is usually friendly abs helpful. Phone appointments in emergency available ‘same day’. Face to Face appointments available.
