Repeat prescription online request rejected on Friday with no prior warning leaving me with no blood thinners. Phoned practice early morning and was number 17 in the queue so long wait which has become the norm. The telephone assistant was very patient and attentive. They advised that I was due for a medicines review before issuing the prescription. I explained that I had no blood thinners left and could not wait over the weekend due to my arterial and heart disease. They said that they would speak to a manager to try to resolve the issue as all the doctor appointment slots had been filled. They phoned back mid afternoon to advise my prescription had been approved by a GP and would be available at my pharmacy later today/tomorrow. They also confirmed my medicine review for the following Monday. The phone assistant was very polite and responsive throughout our conversations. I did ask that they feed back that medicine reviews should be arranged shortly after or when a prescription is issued rather than just before it is due. Once again top marks and many thanks to this person for their help and commitment to sort out my issues.

I been with this doctors for quite a long time now , they are very busy. However I think this is because everyone now has got to call for 8am to see face to face appointment & the same for a call from doctor on call. Otherwise 2/3 weeks wait.

I had a phone appointment, which was kept to time and date. The line was clear, it was for a medication review. The doctor explained to me my concerns and updated my prescription.

I’ve been with Ferryview for 20years now. I’ve never had an issue with getting appointments, often on the same day. Walk in is brilliant to see a doctor same day and have always been seen when going to a walk in (obviously get there early as do fill up). Called today for an appointment, closest is next week which is booked but to call again at 8am and may get a same day cancellation appointment. Reception staff are kind and reassuring, always listens and helps. Will not change my doctors for anything!

This practice has a truly lovely reception team. So polite, helpful, kind and respectful. Only been with them for a couple of months but honestly so glad I picked them. I have seen 2 doctors and a nurse and have been heard and treated well.

I have been with is practice for over 20 years and have always found everyone professional but at the same time caring. When time have been bad (covid) all the team worked together to make sure we were taken care of .

I was told I would have to wait at least 2 weeks for a face to face appointment following a PSA blood test. I was advised to go to the walk-in clinic. After a short wait I was given an appointment time and was seen 20 mins early. Doctor gave a comprehensive review of my latest and previous results, an efficient clinical examination and answered all my questions. Overall very courteous and efficient service.
