Recently I was not feeling well after a consultation at local hospital where they had requested several tests ie blood, urine, stool etc. I returned to our surgery worried but the reception lady quickly organised all that. To add to that I was having problem getting Covid Pass as the name in my papers did not match that of the surgery. The same lady calmly changed all that and I got my pass. All along I was apologetic for the inconvenience and she assured me that this was in line with her work. Amazing , very kind and helpful person. We have been with this surgery for over 40 years and have gone through some very difficult times but all along the Doctors and all other associates at the surgery have been very helpful and accommodating.

Uxendon Crescent Surgery is simply a very busy practice with staff working tirelessly to ensure all patients receive quality care and attention. I am very thankful to the wonderful service provided by my GP and team who have been compassionate , caring and very supportive to my needs, treating one with dignity and respect all times. This is an excellent GP Surgery that does all it can to support the ever growing population with their health needs. I am blessed to have this practice and wonderful GP who work professionally with a collaborative approach. Thank you Uxendon Crescent for all that you do and to the NHS in general - we are blessed to have it.

Uxendon Crescent Surgery do an excellent job! All the staff from the Doctors, Nurses and Receptionists all are very polite professional and willing to go the extra mile. I would like to say a special thanks to: 1. The Doctor there! She is the best doctor that I have ever come across. She is so caring towards her patients, always willing to listen to the patients, work in their best interests, recommend and provide the best advise possible and gives up so much of her time to just ensure the patient is comfortable and okay. I have never met anyone who really is doing a fantastic job, goes above and beyond and delivers what she set out to do. Outstanding work and such a happy positive doctor! Doctor, thank you so much for taking care of me personally and my husband! We could not do without you ever! 2. The Receptionists: A huge thank you to them all for always doing a great job, smiling, being polite and always willing to help! You always take care of me and my husband and you’re all doing a great job!

Been at the same surgery for over 30 years plus. Always find reception staff very friendly and helpful once you get through to them. Doctors are also very good and take time when seen. Just wish advance appointment system can be improved - able to make appointments in advance.

All the staff (Doctors ,Nurses and Receptionists) are true polite, professional, dedicated, friendly and helpful nature. All take time to listen my health concerns and they explain simply. They always go over and beyond to help. A big thank you to all the staff for always doing great job with smile and polite. All the staff are caring to us and they do their best for patients interest. All staff's outstanding work make us happy. I would like to recommend this GP surgery for registration. Again great thanks to all staff. Payal Parekh
