I've had 15 to 20 dealings with various people at the Practice over the last 6 months. At least 2 receptionists, 4-5 Nurses, the Practice Physio, the Practice Paramedic, 4-5 Doctors and each one of them has been so polite, friendly and helpful. I have also been very impressed with the new online appointmen system. I know this won't be for everyone but if the majority use it this will then free up the Receptionists to help those that need it.

Tried to book in my smear test as I am 25. Spoke to a receptionist and because my working hours are 8-5:30. They said they are unable to help me as I wouldn't be in Cirencester until 6. So I have to go without my smear, what are women who work during core hours and can't get time off supposed to do? It says on the website the surgery is open until 6:30pm but I was informed it is closed by 6pm.

I cannot praise the doctors, nurses and receptionists highly enough for being kind, helpful and professional in all my contacts with them. I am reassured that I will get the best care with them.

My Mum has been with Park for 8 years. In this time she has had cancer several times, eye operations etc., etc. Everyone at Park has always been professional, efficient and very kind, also to myself. I am very grateful to be registered with them.
