   I've had 15 to 20 dealings with various people at the Practice over the last 6 months. At least 2 receptionists, 4-5 Nurses, the Practice Physio, the Practice Paramedic, 4-5 Doctors and each one of them has been so polite, friendly and helpful. I have also been very impressed with the new online appointmen system. I know this won't be for everyone but if the majority use it this will then free up the Receptionists to help those that need it.
