    Thank you so much for always being so kind and patient. Every time, I call for an appointment or an enquiry, the receptionists are so helpful, kind and patient. I am very grateful for their help and support.

    For some reason, you can’t book an appointment in advance. You have to call the next morning as soon as the practice opens and wait in a queue of thirty people, which can take over an hour. This wouldn’t be so bad if you could at least arrange a call-back but you can’t - so you just have to wait by your phone for an hour listening to awful hold music. I don’t see why you can’t just book an appointment the day before. It’s ridiculous. The doctors themselves are lovely and extremely helpful, so it’s a shame the practice is so let down by its booking system. For the doctors themselves, I would give the practice 4 or 5 stars.
