   One receptionist that is letting the surgery down. They are rude! Talks over the top of you, hangs up on you, belittles people and has zero manners. Even rude when visiting the surgery and is not helpful in anyway. I understand the job can be very stressful, but shouldn't be taking out stress on patients. Maybe a librarian would be a better suited job for this individual!
