Had a wonderful experience with an early morning appointment, the Dr was respectful and kind and gave an excellent treatment with no issues.

I had a good experience in the practice, I asked for an appointment in patchs and not long after I got a call and had the appointment in the same day. I was treated with respect by staff and didn't had any problem in my appointment.

I was spoken to a nice receiptonist today, I loved the fact that she listened to me, assisted me, and waited on the call till I was able to sort out what I couldn’t do on my own. She also helped me book a telephone appointment as I explained to her I wasn’t able to come in as I was at work. She truly understood me and made things easy. Because of her, I got the doctor to attend to me today.

I spoke with raml from the practice today and she has been very helpful sorting out my queries. She went above and beyond and stayed on the phone to me to guide me through the steps.

I called to ask some questions as i wasn't clear about something and the receptionist did an amazing job. Her customer service was amazing and she helped me set up Patchs and book an appointment. She explained everything in detail and stayed with me on the phone to make sure i completed everything. Amazing !

Just got off the phone, with the reception team, They automatically recognised me, i was shooked to how well they pay attention to details. I have been with this GP since i was a little kid. The reception team are very wonderful and helpful, They have great customer service satisfaction, they are wonderful and attentive. I would 100% recommend. Thank you guys for making it easy for us.

I am writing to compliment the conduct and manner of one of your GP’s. His demeanour, manners and handling of an issue which I have with my severely disabled granddaughter was amazing. In my opinion your doctor went above and beyond what I expected. He made calls to a paediatric doctor at the North Midd as well as phoning the pharmacy to ask and confirm what was available for my granddaughter to help aid her with her current medical issue. I sincerely thank this GP for his calm reassuring manner and wish him every success in his medical career in the future. The only thing I request is that he stays at your practice. He is a credit to your already brilliant surgery. I would much rather sit there with a GP that makes further enquiries to ensure that my granddaughter is able to receive the correct treatment that she needs. I wish to convey my sincerest gratitude and my appreciation to this young doctor to make him aware. Wishing him every success for his future and if my granddaughter could speak I am sure that she would say the same. Thank you Tynemouth Road Medical Practice. It was a young doctor many years ago that recognised my imminent renal failure when a lot of others from another practice failed to recognise it. Many years ago a young Dr at your surgery saved my life and the life of my unborn daughter. After spotting the issue he phoned the renal clinic at the local hospital and then left the surgery and drove up there. Please tell your GP to never change and to never lose his mannerisms. His bedside manner is above and beyond. Thank you. I think it fair to say that I absolutely love your surgery.
