receptionists are rude! no answer to an easy question just want to get off the phone, there is never any appointments and when you call the lines are always busy! I understand you are short staffed, but everywhere is short staffed and it is no excuse to be rude to your patients. despicable. I will be moving practise after this awful experience.

I've tried to get appointments several times since covid, only actually getting through twice and that was via ringing 111 as it was a cancer scare. I honestly don't know how anyone at the practice thinks this is an acceptable way to run it. I rang up the moment the clock struck 1pm, sat on hold for 20 minutes only to be told all appointments gone and to try again tomorrow. Pathetic service.

Brilliant GP surgery compared to where we used to live. Receptionists are helpful, the doctors are fantastic especially with children.

i find some of the reviews quite ironic i myself have always had very good experience from the GP and receptionists always very helpfull and i have always been able to get through via telephone i am now asking my family to change to this practice
