I afto say what I see this place is excellent the only down fall is lack of staff why I say lack of staff I am still waiting access to my online records on the app and when you attend the surgery and wait to see the receptions regarding ur enquiry all bookin the receptionist is always answering the phone bless the receptionist I feel sorry for her like multitasking I believe it should be one on the phone and one for bookings in doctors are great nurse are also great they write to u and let u know you are due an annual review

Thank you Jamie for your lovely review. We will look into why you havent received access to your records. The receptionist all multitask but if they feel they are busy on the desk they will ask a colleague to take the calls in the admin office. I am sorry you had to wait to be dealt with at the desk, I will reitterate to them to contact colleagues when they are busy. All our staff Clinical and admin all strive to do the best they can to support our patients, and I will pass on your lovely comments. Thank you Practice Manager Tudor Practice.

Received a letter saying I missed an appointment when I cancelled a day before the appointment as I had an outpatient appointment at city hospital on the day if receptionist not canceling appointments as asked why are patients getting warnings please remove warning all I will move practice

Dear Jamie I am sorry you needed to leavea 1* review...we have listen to you phone call and there was no mention about cancelling your appointment...all appointments can be cancelled via the link on the reminder...We are sending letters to all patients who DNA appointments as this is a cost to the NHS and an apointment wasted when it could have been used for someone else...after 3 DNAs then the patient will be removed from our list as per our policy...I am sorry you feel you need to move practice but if you feel strongly about receiving these letters then we understand...Practice Manager

Recently visited my GP for test results and to discuss my future management, my GP was very thorough in explaining the results and my options. I am grateful to him and the whole team for the excellent service received.
