Phoned them yesterday told me to ring back today i have and they got no appointment everytime i ring no appointment especially when it for a baby it ridiculous get more drs and nurses in

The staff, nurses and doctors did a fantastic job looking after my father over the last 9 months whilst he was on palletive care and working with Compton Hospice. Doctors regularly called and visited when necessary to assess his condition. Sometimes difficult to get through on telephone but when you did always got a call back with an up date.

13 weeks pregnant still no contact from midwife. Called the practice few times regarding this and got told they’ll contact me soon. Wandering when it will be. It’s my first pregnancy as well and I got no clue what I’m doing and no support from them. Been to the hospital few times and even had an early 5 weeks scan due to pain etc and GP didn’t pick up on that.

Visited the surgery for an emergency appointment and was seen quickly and the GP went above and beyond to find out what the issue was.

When ringing for blood results, the automated telephone system is on a loop. Plays you recorded messages then cuts you off as too busy to answer the call. I have bloods which required further investigation, no one contacted me to tell me that, results ignored by surgery. Patients are such an inconvenience to surgery staff, they have absolutely no idea that they work in customer service or indeed that people are I’ll and in need of help, they are rude and dismissive. I then asked to speak to the practice manager or if she could return my call. I was told that the practice manager doesn’t speak to patients, as if the patient is the lowest form of life. Apparently the practice manager is too busy to see every person who wants to moan. This place is absolutely atrocious and has steadily got worse over the years. I have been a patient for 44 years and am absolutely disgusted at the treatment I received.
