Some of the staff are pleasant to speak to but they are few and far between. I've called before to book appointments and had to call the other day to arrange to collect medication which were prescribed by the hosptial and the person I spoke to was rude and unfriendly. I've had the same experience many times before. You have rules in place to treat staff with courtesy but I think this should be the same for patients as well.

I think the service is a lot better than what it used to be but still has room for improvement. I called up to follow up on a recommendation from my GP for treatments and medication for mental health support. I was offered a telephone consultation on the same day with a specialist as there were limited appointments which I was greatful for. However I was surprised by comments made during my appointment insisting that I wasn't doing enough to manage my mental health. I felt pushed to start explaining my medical history and validate my reasons for calling without being asked this to begin with. The person I spoke to seemed annoyed when I tried to explain my situation. I can appreciate the high pressure staff must be under but I was left feeling dissapointed and discouraged by the service. It's hard enough reaching out for help without feeling like you're being judged just for asking for help.

I had a text asking me to comment on my experience on Saturday, but the link didn't work. Just to say, the whole experience was so easy. I was in and out in less than five minutes. The staff were efficient and so friendly. Well done all

I phoned Trowbridge Health centre and explained my issue. From the receptionist being extremely helpful to the practioner who saw me the following day who was also extremely helpful I wish to say thank you. It’s easy to criticise so it should also be as easy to praise, Thank you

This was the first time i have visited Trowbridge Health Centre. There was a short delay in waiting for the phone to be picked up but a phone call apppoint was made for later in the day. When my phone rang it was very short and I could not accept the call quick enough so I phoned back with no reply. I decided to visit the centre to tell them what happened and the receptionist was fantastic. She phoned the doctor who agreed to see me then and there. From my experiance I cannot fault the practice except maybe giving a little more time for someone to answer a call. Well done all.
