I jad been having pain in my chest for a while and a really bad cough I called up and got to see one of the nurses that got me to do a sputum test and booked mw in for a chest xray this was all done within 3 days got results back and now have the medication needed to get better

I have been a patient here for many years. After one hiccup last year, which wasn't the GPs fault, the service here is impeccable.. I needed to speak to a GP today, so I submitted a request online. Within an hour, I had a call back and spoke to a Gp who was empathetic, reassuring, compassionate, and professional, she listened and was able to give me valuable feedback, her 'bedside' manner was beyond perfect. Thank you

My wife and I are new to the area, and based on recommendations decided to register at the Trinity Surgery. We downloaded the forms and took them to the surgery about 2:30 on Friday afternoon, all was in order and I mentioned that I need three items I had run out off. The friendly and helpful receptionist said she would see if they could sort something out for me, and we left. At 15:07 I received a text message to say that my prescription had been emailed to the pharmacy of my choice. I had expected on previous experiences that it would take a few days, so we were very impressed. The next morning, Saturday, we received a letter each confirming that we had been accepted as patients. I cannot think of any way in which the service received could have been bettered. Amazing. Thank you.

If it wasn't for staff at the surgery I would have been so poorly but they looked after me so well specially after my cancer they are kind and understanding from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors. Thank you .
