I had hoped that their "take over" of Peacock might have improved the latter, but not the case. So far waited 8 weeks for results of a crucial post-prostate radiotherapy blood test. Results not on website and no one but a Doctor can tell me a simple number, which I am perfectly capable of interpreting for myself. Fact that has to be a secret until a Doctor can speak to me strongly suggests that bad news. The whole process has impacted badly on my stress levels. I'm not even convinced that blood sample ever sent by them - I went to QMC and had a sample taken there! If result "bad" I need to make some financial decisions, so I need to know.

Thank you Trentside Medical Group for providing an excellent service when needing an urgent appointment. Telephone was answered very quickly and communication from reception team was excellent. GP was thorough and patient in examination and made a plan with me. Brilliant service from start to finish. Thank you

I had a flare up of my eczema but with complications/infection. I was really bad when I called into the centre one afternoon and was told to return at 8.00am the next day. I was given an appointment for 9.30 am that day with the skin specialist. He examined and prescribed treatment for it and also noticed my arthritis was worse so gave me an appointment for the next day with the on-site physio. She examined me and discussed the options before we decided that a hip replacement was necessary. Altogether beyond excellent- absolutely outstanding.

I think the appts system need reviewing. It seems its all on a first come first serve basis and nothing to do with your health complaint. Just needed an appt within 2-3 days but can't give one unless hanging on the phone in a morning for ages or queuing. What happens to people who need to see a doctor more urgently? You should be able to get through and then be able to arrange an appt there and then. I don't want a reply saying "well it's our policy!

Sorry you feel frustrated, are you signed up for online access as some appointments are available to book online, we are looking to increase our appointments in the New Year as hoping to recruit an additional GP

Booked for a flu jab and I was seen on time, in fact slightly early. The nurse was both friendly and professional. Since the opening of the practice I have been very impressed by the service and reliability of the staff.

Invited for a flu jab Saturday 8.30 in and out within 5 minutes extremely efficient service. In all the years I have been registered at this practice , always received first class treatment

Came for Flu jab & system they had in place was very efficient & organised - you had the ladies at reception booking you in then directing you to either flu jab area, or Covid area, had both done Approx waiting time was 10 mins - all staff very polite, friendly & professional.
