Not enough people feel compelled to leave a Positive review but are happy to have a rant. This practice is the best practice i have ever been at. The service and care they have provided to me over the past few years has been second to none. The GP I am registered with treats me with care and respect.

I would really like to thank Treeton Medical centre for the care they provided when I called for an urgent appointment recently. I would particularly like to thank a receptionist who was extremely kind and helpful at a stressful and worrying time. The GP dealing with my issue was also very prompt and helpful, thankyou!

We have been with this practice for 20 years in that time there have been a couple of changes with them now having 2 female doctors which is brilliant for womens problems and also having 2 daughters who can have a tendency to not be open with male doctors ! all the doctors are excellent always taking time to listen to those patients and doing their best to assist them whilst always making sure the patient is fully informed and plan care with their patient. In all the time we have been with the practice I have always found them to be excellent if you get yourself organised to call at 8 am for an appointment you will mainly always get a time slot the same day. I have had a few health issues over the last 5 yrs but mainly so in the last 22 months since i got covid and long covid . When I had covid I had a brief hospital admission and was amazed once I was home that the gps took time from their busy days to give me a daily call to check how I was doing I think Treeton practice is quite unique in giving this service. I was unlucky enough to develop long covid and I have never once been refused a face to face or telephone appointment. I feel very privileged to be a patient at the Treeton practice. I really do feel Treeton Medical centre should be very proud of the service they have given long before covid but especially so since covid. It really does infuriate me to hear of any negative comments regarding this practice as I feel sometimes people moan unfairly ! If you drag yourself out of bed at 11 am and demand an appointment then it is obvious you will not be allocated one on that day as by that time all the time slots will have been taken With people who genuinely need time with a GP !! Not a day trip out !! Well done Treeton practice for taking care of me and my family so well for the past 20 yrs and thank you for your care and attention to myself particularly over the past 22 months !
