The appointmnet was straightforward enough. I was called in on time and the nurse was reassuring and answered any questions that I had.

It was fine, doctor was fine. Just need more. Can’t get through by phone and barely get appointments

I was seen by a trainee (Registrar?) doctor + a nurse/HCA which was fine. I had an ECG and bloods taken. They discussed my ECG amongst themselves and took the result next door to a GP. I was then told I could go home. I had to assume the result was ok and my medication didn’t need to change. I felt I wanted to say ‘I am here you know!’

The appointment was fine, but getting it was quite hard. I start work at 8am and I'm an instructor, so I can't often take time to keep phoning from 8am. When I did get trough, the receptionist asked me for the details of my complaint which I gave, but when the doctor called, he clearly hadn't been given this information.

I was told it was going to be a face to face appointment but turned out to be a telephone call. Which was ok but confusing. Luckily the phone cal happened before I turned up for my appointment.

The Practice Nurse was remarkable and helped me in many ways. When I saw the Doctor as a result of my appointment with Nurse she was also amazingly kind and understanding as well as efficient at getting things resolved.

I thought I was coming in with something minor but very annoying, it turned out to be much more serious, got instant referral to the hospital which pretty much saved my life. Eternally grateful

I have found staff and my new doctor very helpful. Especially when the surgery called loads of times to tell me to head straight to accident and emergency

I had an appointment with the practice nurse. The appointment was on time, she was very kind and explained everything really well. I would recommend The Osborne Road surgery.
