Impossible to get an appointment. I asked if I could get one in the coming weeks and was told “no”. I have given up - will not bother to go again.

Rang and asked if I could have an appointment any time in the following few weeks as not urgent, but was told “no”. Not helpful and has been bad in the past. I have never met my doctor

I have been a patient at The Town Medical Centre for many years and have always received excellent medical care. All of the staff are lovely, caring, very helpful, polite and efficient, I can’t recommend the practice highly enough. I feel very lucky to be a patient there.
