   I got a great introduction to the practice and initially I got appointments very quickly. I do feel like this has slowed done now as I waited 4 weeks for an appointment when I had issues with my eczema. The biggest down fall with the surgery is the telephone appointment system. You don’t get an appointment time or even an estimated time. You literally just get told any time that day. This is disappointing as even delivery drivers give you a couple of hours window. I’ve had to stay in all day for a phone call as my message stated you may get called into the surgery for a face to face the same day. This isn’t very practical. I can understand if it’s an on the day triage called but I planned phone call appointment should have an allocated time.
