    I have been trying to speak to Greenmount Practice on the telephone. I rang today at 12:15, was on hold for over 30 minutes to then receive the information that i was over 30th in the queue! I have just tried again at 13:30, been on hold again for over 30 mins and i am still above 30th in the queue. If you have no access to the internet how are you expected to even speak to a receptionist let alone a GP!!!

    I saw a male GP in relation to extensive ongoing menopause symptoms, he told me that at the age of 48 I was too young for menopause and offered no treatment, however NICE guidelines state that any woman over the age of 45 displaying menopausal symptoms should automatically be offered hormone replacement therapy

    Called today to book a telephone appointment with the doctor. Informed by the receptionist that this is no longer possible. It is compulsory to contact the doctor online and for the doctor to choose whether to contact the patient or not. Should the doctor deem to contact the patient, the patient cannot specify a time. Dreadful.
